A new hotel named The Dean is due to open on Harcourt Street in Dublin on 20 November.
The 52-bedroom boutique hotel is located in the former ICC Bank building and is owned by Paddy McKillen Jr and Matt Ryan of the Press Up Entertainment Group.
The group also owns several bars in Dublin such as Everleigh Gardens on Harcourt Street and the Liquor Rooms in the basement of the Clarence Hotel on Wellington Quay. McKillen's father co-owns the Clarence Hotel with Bono and the Edge of U2.
The owners are believed to have invested around €5.5 million in developing The Dean, which will employ around 100 people. The hotel will feature several different types of rooms, bars, a meeting and function room and a rooftop restaurant - Sophie's - which will offer a 360-degree view of the city.
The owners have commissioned artworks from emerging Irish artists to decorate the interior walls.
