Investment group, iNua Hospitality, have bought the Radisson Hotel in Cork for over €8 million. The recent purchase has secured 150 jobs at the hotel. The sale was handled by Savills agency.
The four-star hotel opened in 2005, at a reported development cost of €37 million. The previous owner was dentist Rick Fitzgerald and funding was provided by the AIB.
The Radisson Blu hotel was built on the nine-acre grounds of Ditchley House, a 19th century mansion.The The 126-bedroom hotel has a leisure centre, a spa, a gym and a swimming pool.
