Trinity Lodge Sold For €7m To International Hotel Group

Dublin's Trinity Lodge on South Frederick Street, which comprises of three Georgian houses with 26 guest bedrooms, has been sold in excess of its guide price to Unlisted Collection for over €7 million.

The international hotel group, which was founded in 2011, has seven boutique hotels and twenty restaurants across Singapore, Shanghai, London and Sydney.

The property, which comes with full vacant possession, was put on the market for €6.5 million and strong buyer interest was expected both domestically and internationally due to its location, established trading history and potential upside, reports Businessworld.ie.

Discussing the sale, senior vice president at JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, Dan O’Connor said: "The Trinity Lodge sale attracted numerous bids from both domestic and international hoteliers. In particular, the sale highlights a growing trend of Asian hotel investor interest in the Dublin hotel market and we are delighted to have been able to conclude this transaction with such a high profile group as Unlisted Collection."
