The Quality Hotel in Youghal, Co. Cork has been put on the market for €450,000.
The three-star hotel is being sold by Savills on the instructions of the receiver, according to the Irish Examiner. The hotel has 25 bedrooms and a leisure centre with a 20-metre swimming pool.
The hotel is located alongside a beach and has been open for 10 years. It can be bought and run independently of its hotel franchise management agreement.
The property also includes a restaurant, bar and conference facilites and a detached Club Vitae leisure centre with extensive amenities.
