The three-star hotel is being sold by Savills on the instructions of the receiver, according to the Irish Examiner. The hotel has 25 bedrooms and a leisure centre with a 20-metre swimming pool.
The hotel is located alongside a beach and has been open for 10 years. It can be bought and run independently of its hotel franchise management agreement.
