Dublin's Ely Wine Bar Sold To Private Investor

Dublin's Ely Wine Bar and restaurant has been sold to a private investor for a figure close to the property's guide price of €1.8 million.

As reported by The Irish Times, the four-story over basement building in which the bar is based is located at 22 Ely Place in Dublin 2 and is currently producing €127,000 in rental income, which equates to an approximate yield of 6.75%.

Ely Wine Bar occupies the building's ground floor and basement at a rental rate of €82,000. The ground floor has seating room for up to 30 diners and can hold an additional 50 bar patrons, while a further 25 diners can be accommodated in the basement.
