The Stillorgan Orchard on Sale for €3.25 Million

The Stillorgan Orchard has been put on the market for sale by private treaty. CBRE has set an asking price of 3.25 million, according the the Irish Independent.

The large, single-story classic Irish pub is known for its thatched roof and timber interiors, located on The Hill in the centre of Stillorgan, South County Dublin.

According to John Ryan of CBRE Hotels, the site is "an unrivalled opportunity to acquire a popular and landmark licensed premises which is presented in excellent condition throughout and is in truly 'walk-in' condition".

Present owners, brother Conor and Tony O'Dwyer, have opted to sell to concentrate on other businesses.
