The pub is also in close proximity to St. Patrick's teacher training college. The sellers are looking for offers over €650,000 for this property.
However, the sales may encounter problems as the Quinn family are seeking to overturn what they are calling Anglo Irish Bank's "illegal takeover" of their companies and the family has said that “The sale of any Quinn companies or company assets, which would compound the illegality, will result in the family vigorously pursuing the return of those assets."
