One of Wicklow's top pubs, the Wicklow Arms in Delgany, has been put up for sale with an asking price of €1.5 million.
The Wicklow Arms is being brought to market under a "best bids" arrangement, with a sale deadline of on or before 11 April.
The site consists of the main (commercial/licensed) building, large car park and a smaller separate building currently comprising four office and retail units.

Selling agents Knight Frank says Delgany is a "thriving" village in the heart of north Wicklow and has witnessed a significant population increase over the last 20 years.
