Dine in Dublin Festival Returns Later This Month

Dublin’s Dine in Dublin Festival returns later this month for its ninth year with several top restaurants signing up to take part.

Taking place from 27 February to 5 March, the capital will come alive with a feast of culinary delights. Brought to you by DublinTown, Dine in Dublin sees over 70 of the biggest names in the Dublin foodie scene offer dining experiences over the course of seven days.

This year's renewal is set to include Pichet, Rustic Stone, Zaragoza, The Woollen Mills, Fade Street Social, Carluccios, Brother Hubbard, Saba, Fallon & Byrne and Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill.

According to The Irish Times, interactive elements are also part of the plans, and that feature of the programme kicks off this evening (Tuesday), when seven chefs from the participating restaurants will each cook one course for the festival launch party in the Mansion House.

The chefs taking part are Andrew Rudd (Medley); Tom Meenaghan  (Fallon & Byrne); Alan Redmond (Flanagan’s); Ana Filpe (Zaragoza); Alfredo Donna (Gino’s); Temple Garner (San Lorenzo’s) and Stephen Gibson (Pichet).
