Castle Market Restaurant Property for €1.75m

Two interconnected restaurant buildings in Dublin's premium hospitality area are on the market, with a guide price of €1.75 million.

The 4 and 5 Castle Market buildings, which house popular burger joint JoBurger, is available for offers with Turley Property Advisers handling the sale, as reported in The Irish Times.

Castle Market (pictured), which runs from Powerscourt shopping centre on South William Street to Drury Street, is home to some of Dublin's top restaurants, including I’Gueuleton, Fallon & Byrne, Eden Restaurant and Fade Street Social.

JoBurger has a 20-year lease on the buildings at €120,000 rents per annum. The area stretches over 1,858 square metres.
