Estate agency Morissey's has listed new hospitality sector investment opportunities in both Dublin and Limerick.

The Irish Independent reports that a lot comprised of The Eagle House and Rasam Restaurant in the Dublin suburb of Glasthule has hit the market at a price of €1.8 million. Encompassing 634 square metres, the property currently generates total net rental income of €201,000 and includes a 382 square metre ground floor bar and lounge, a 252 square metre first floor eatery with 90 seats, two beer garden smoking areas and 15 car parking spaces.

Meanwhile, The Mill Bar of Annacotty, Co. Limerick, is available as a going concern alongside overhead restaurant Copper & Spice, which is let. The ground floor area encompasses 360 square metres and features an alfresco smoking area and enclosed car park, while the first and second floors house the Copper & Spice Asian restaurant, which is currently let on a 25 year lease with a €35,000 passing rent.

The property's guide price is set at €600,000, with the deadline for offers being December 14.
