Restaurant chain Eddie Rockets is set open its fourth outlet in Northern Ireland, in a move that is set to create dozen of new hospitality jobs once opened.
The Irish-owned chain, founded by Dubliner Niall Fortune, and with almost 40 branches in the Republic of Ireland, is set to launch its latest venture in Lisburn Leisure Park, reports belfasttelegraph.co.uk, just yards away from diner Ed’s Bar and Grill, which opened at the entertainment park more than a decade ago.
Justin Ward, who holds the Northern Ireland franchise of Eddie Rocket's restaurant on the Lisburn Road in the city, as well as another in Newry and one in south Belfast, currently employs around 90 people in Northern Ireland.
