Heron and Grey, described by the guide as "quirky, innovative and original", "reinvents itself on a bi-weekly basis". It can only seat 18-people and divides its dining room into two, serving customers at 730pm and 830pm due to "the constraints in the size of our little kitchen".
Its latest menu consisted of a 5-course €48 tasting menu where it served dishes such as 'tuna-rice-wasabi', 'chervil root-pear-walnut' and 'pigeon-hazelnut-liver' to complement a strong wine list.
