Patisserie Cafés Exceeding Performance Expectations In Ireland

Two Dublin outlets operated by London-listed café and bakery chain Patisserie Holdings are exceeding the company's expectations in terms of performance, increasing the chances of additional branches opening in Ireland.

As reported by The Irish Independent, the two Patisserie Holdings-owned outlets in question are located in the Debenhams stores in Blanchardstown and on Henry Street, and opened for business in May and August of this year, respectively. Between them, the two outlets amassed sales of €404,000 to the end of September.

Commenting on the company's performance, Patisserie Holdings chairman Luke Johnson said, "We opened 20 new stores, many of which are performing ahead of expectations, and the performance of our new bakeries in the Republic of Ireland is encouraging."
