Irish restaurateur and Sligo Food Trail chairman Anthony Gray has opened a new restaurant on Rockwood Parade in Sligo called Hooked.
Gray, who's known for running former Strandhill eatery Tra Bán, has created 26 new jobs for the local area with the launch of Hooked, which serves brunch from 12pm - 5pm daily before shifting to a dinner menu in the evening, as reported by lovin.ie.
Menu options include the Joe Gray jumbo sausage roll, 8oz ribeye steak and the Joe Mc Burger, which is comprised of double 3 oz seasoned patties in a brioche bun with an onion ring, smoked cheddar, bacon jam & truffle mayo.
