Newly-filed documents for Irish drinks company Oscar Wilde Spirits have revealed that the firm experienced a loss of 693,210 last year, which increased its accumulated losses to €1.59 million.
Oscar Wilde Spirits was founded by Irish actor Victor Burke along with Stuart Hall and Conor Quinn.
As reported by The Business Post, Burke stepped down as a director the company in July of this year and was replaced by Donal Bolger.
Burke is still an Oscar Wilde Spirits shareholder.
Fundraising
Hall told The Business Post that the company is currently raising money in the US and hopes to close a $5 million fundraising round soon. According to company documents, Oscar Wilde Spirits has raised approximately $2.2 million from various investors.
