Big Grill 2023 Line-Up Announced

After its return in 2022, barbecue and food festival the Big Grill is back in Herbert Park this summer, running from 17 to 20 August.

Irish And International Chefs, Restaurants And Barbecue Experts

Over four days, Irish and international chefs, restaurants, and barbecue experts will come together to celebrate and explore the challenges and techniques of cooking over live fire.

First Round Of Announced Names

In its first round of announced names, the Big Grill Festival 2023 welcomes Brad Leone, Melissa Thompson, Trevor Moran, Billy Durney, Andy Ricker, Genevieve Taylor, Brian McGinn, Mercedes ‘Mecha’ Solís, Aishling Moore, Jess Kelly, Ben Quin, Nick Weston, Nick Solares, Ger Garland, Peter Hannan, Chris ‘Chops’ Taylor, Nico Reynolds, Andy Stubbs, Fingal Ferguson, Cian Mahon, Rama Basilio, Marcus O’Laoire, Kwanghi Chan and Ellie Kisyombe.

Restaurants

Also featured are restaurants including Hawksmoor, From the Ashes BBQ, Hang Dai, Bites by Kwanghi, Bahay, Parrilla by Baste, Happy’s, Crudo, Reyna, and Reggie Does Pizza.

More Names And Detailed Schedule To Be Announced

With more names to be announced and a detailed schedule with an increased focus on niche, skilled, and in-depth demos happening this year also imminent, further information and tickets for the Big Grill Festival 2023 are available on biggrillfestival.com.

General-admission tickets are from €20, general-admission + Rancho Relaxo access is €55, and whole-hog tickets, with access to all four days, have already sold out.
