Irish travel company Club Travel has acquired Dublin-based rival Atlas Travel.
Club Travel director Colman Burke said that the purchase of Atlas Travel is Club's biggest purchase to date.
Club Travel previously acquired Abbey Travel and the Budget Travel brand.
Retaining Staff And Brand
Burke did not reveal how much Club paid for Atlas, but he did reveal that the 66 people employed by Atlas will be retained, as will the Atlas brand, as reported by The Irish Times.
