Joints agents Lisney and Knight Frank are guiding in excess of €13 million for a block of seven properties on Dublin's O'Connell Street, Abbey Street and Sackville place, including premises occupied by Dublin Tourist Office and PaddyWagon Tours on Lower O'Connell Street, Madigan's public house on Lower Abbey Street and the former Sackville Lounge on Sackville place.

Revenues And Space

The Irish Times reports that, at present, the entire portfolio produces revenues of €518,279 and comprises a total space of 3,716 square metres next to the Luas cross-city stops.

Lisney and Knight Frank expects the sale to attract attention from both Irish and international investors due to the redevelopment opportunities it presents.
