Ireland's Golf Offering Showcased To UAE Golf Top Operators And Journalists

A group of golf tour operators and journalists from the UAE visited Ireland last week, and played at a number of Ireland's golf courses and experienced some of Ireland's visitor attractions - ahead of the 2022 Horizon Irish Open at Mount Juliet over the weekend. They were in Ireland as guests of Tourism Ireland and Fáilte Ireland.

The aim of the fact-finding visit was to highlight Ireland's golf, scenery and experiences offerings.

The golf tour operators and journalists' itinerary included golf courses The K Club, Lahinch, Dromoland Castle, Mount Juliet and Druids Heath as well as visits to the Cliffs of Moher, House of Waterford Crystal and Powerscourt Distillery, and a walk on the Medieval Mile in Kilkenny.
