23 tourism companies from Ireland took part in Tourism Ireland's "Ireland Luxury Virtual Expo" for Australia and New Zealand last week.

Details

The "Ireland Luxury Virtual Expo" was an online B2B tourism event that was organised by Tourism Ireland to allow the tourism companies from Ireland to connect with approximately 48 Australian and New Zealand travel agents and tour operators.

Tourism Ireland facilitated, via an online system, a series of one-to-one, pre-scheduled video appointments. The aim was to highlight Ireland's luxury tourism offering and highlight that Ireland is open for business again and that it cannot wait to welcome back visitors from Australia and New Zealand.

Statement By Tourism Ireland's Manager For Australia and New Zealand

Tourism Ireland's manager for Australia and New Zealand, Sofia Hansson, stated, "Tourism Ireland was delighted that 48 Australian and New Zealand travel advisors took the time to join us, and our partners from Ireland, for our 'Ireland Luxury Virtual Expo'. Our key message for the Australian and New Zealand travel advisors was that Ireland is open for business again and we cannot wait to welcome their clients back to our shores for a fantastic holiday experience."
