Lagan Family Invests €3m In Dublin Tourism Project

A €3 million investment into Dublin's The Vaults tourism project by the Lagan family is set to breathe new life into the endeavour which had previously been placed in examinership.

Featuring live action shows with historical figures such as Oliver Cromwell and Molly Malone, The Vaults interactive venue is being built in the Liberties area of Dublin.

Proposed Investment

The Irish Independent reports that the Belfast-based Lagan family has proposed an investment into The Vaults' controlling company, Frontier Entertainment. The proposal has received the support of The Vaults' founding directors, Paul Blanchfield and Gerald Heffernan.

Blanchfield and Hefferan's investment plan with the Lagan family has been backed by the examiner and is to be put to the court for approval on Wednesday September 5.
