Mark Bodie has been appointed as the executive chef of Ireland's Belmond Grand Hibernian luxury sleeper train.
Bodie has come to the Belmond Grand Hibernian from The Dylan hotel of Dublin, where he served as executive chef for five years.
The Belmond Grand Hibernian can accommodate up to 40 passengers. The train features a number of en-suite cabins and two dining cars.
