New Dublin Bakery Hopes To Create One Of Ireland's Most Loved Cafés

Soon-to-be-launched Pearse Street bakery Bread Nation is hoping to adopt a "back to basics" approach with its new business proposition, which owner Eoin Cluskey says will "create one of Ireland’s most beloved bakeries and cafés offering outstanding food delivered with signature warmth and hospitality."

The new venue will ground its flour in a stone mill on the premises, with bread being cooked in a large clay oven and pizzas being served from 5pm, according to The Irish Times.

Cluskey has also been baking bread for other distributors such as The Happy Pear, which operates cafés in Greystones and Clondalkin.

The new Bread Nation café on Dublin's Pearse Street is being spearheaded by Cluskey alongside Stephen McKenna, with the pair hoping to create "some of Ireland’s most beloved bakeries and cafés".

Bread Nation Pearse Street is scheduled to open for business in July of this year.
