New Pop-Up Signs Across Ireland's Hidden Heartlands Call On People To 'Look, Listen And Enjoy'

New pop-up signs across Ireland's Hidden Heartlands are encouraging people to take the time to "look, listen and enjoy" the beauty of their surroundings.

Fáilte Ireland launched the Ireland's Hidden Heartlands brand in 2018, and in a bid to reinforce the brand and put it firmly on the map, the national tourism development authority has installed new signs to encourage people to stop and take a moment to appreciate the beauty and tranquility of nine locations across the Hidden Heartlands region.

Locations

The signs can be found at Killykeen Forest Park in Co. Cavan, Carrick-on-Shannon pier in Co. Leitrim, Lough Key Forest Park in Co. Roscommon, Clondra harbour in Co. Longford, Athlone moorings in Co. Westmeath, Ballycuggaran beach in Co. Clare, Portumna Castle and Gardens in Co. Galway, Garrykennedy village in Co. Tipperary and Banagher old harbour in Co. Offaly.
