The CIS qualification is the first initiative of a programme of activity that has been designed to further educate Northern Ireland tourism industry businesses and provide them with networking and destination awareness opportunities.
The CIS qualification is also intended to help equip tourism businesses in Northern Ireland with the knowledge that they need to deliver motivational travel experiences for future incentive clients.
