Value Of Dublin's Marker Residences Apartment Block Increases To €72.3m

Upmarket Dublin apartment block the Marker Residences has been revalued at €72.3 million almost half a decade after being sold for €50.1 million in 2014.

The group that owns the block, Ires Reit, recorded the increase in value after the property was revalued by estate agent CBRE, according to Ires Reit's 2018 results and as reported by The Sunday Times.

Rental Rate

The 85 apartments, which were developed and sold by Marker Hotel owners Brehon Capital Partners and Midwest Holding, have an average monthly rental rate of €2,771.
