£1.4m Refurbishment Gets Underway At Dundee's Apex City Quay Hotel

A £1.4 million refurbishment programme has commenced at the Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa of Dundee in Scotland.

The programme, which follows a £2.4 million refurbishment of the hotel's bedrooms, will involve a revamp of the venue's reception, conference facilities, Metro Bar & Brasserie, and Yu Spa.

"Absolutely Thrilled"

TheCaterer.com quotes Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa general manager Ronnie McKay as saying, "We're absolutely thrilled to see work starting on the latest round of refurbishment work at the hotel. The feedback from guests following the bedroom refurbishment has been exceptionally positive and, given that the plans in place for the public areas look absolutely fantastic, we're confident our guests will be impressed with the finished result."

The refurbishment programme is due to finish in early 2020. The hotel will operate as normal for its duration.
