Alanis Capital To Acquire Galway's Meyrick And G Hotels

Alanis Capital is set to purchase Galway's Meyrick and G hotels in a deal that's worth over €40 million.

A company controlled by Alanis Capital called Havenhigh is raising debt from Ulster Bank and Cardinal Capital to finance the acquisition of the two venues from Deutsche Bank-controlled company Waltzfire, according to The Sunday Times.

Locations

The five-star G Hotel is situated on Old Dublin Road in Galway city, while the four-star Hotel Meyrick, which was formerly known as the Great Southern Hotel, is located at the city's Eyre Square.
