Archer Capital Seeking Hotel Investment Opportunities In Dublin

Investment firm Archer Capital has announced that it is seeking hotel investment opportunities in Dublin.

Speaking at a briefing about the state of the Dublin hotel market, which was hosted by accountancy practice and Irish hotel sector advisors Crowe and commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, Archer Capital's director of portfolio and fund management, Guy Pasley-Tyler, said, "The Archer Hotel Capital team believes in the long-term potential of the Dublin Hotel market and is actively seeking investments in the city in order to further diversify its portfolio. Its high proportion of international visitation and strong links with the US economy would be complementary to other assets in the portfolio and may enable the market to out-perform its peer group over the long-term, notwithstanding any short-term challenges."

European Portfolio And Possible Conrad Acquisition

Archer Capital manages a European hotels portfolio valued at €2 billion, and has been linked to an anticipated €100 million plus acquisition of the capital's Conrad Hotel, as reported by The Irish Independent.
