Aró Digital Strategy Develops Online COVID-19 Recovery Plan For Hotels

Aró Digital Strategy has announced that it has developed an online COVID-19 recovery plan for hotels.

"Three Keys Areas"

Aró stated that it has developed a stringent recovery plan for its clients, and that, while developing the plan, the company worked on “three key areas”.

The firm said that, firstly, it focussed on ensuring that it has the resources to financially support its recovery plan over the next six months.

Secondly, Aró put in place a detailed proposal, with contributions from all of its teams. The plans contains over 40 ideas across four pillars, with the four pillars being customer acquisition, customer engagement, customer conversion and customer loyalty.

Thirdly, Aró sought to get the plan up and running as early as possible, and said that there is now "great momentum across all areas of the plan, which gives [the company] great confidence that it will be a great success for our clients."

"In Place And In Motion"

Aró stated, "With the above plan in place and in motion with our existing clients, we are now ready to roll out our recovery services to new clients. Post-lockdown, the initial pool of travellers will be concentrated, and one of the best ways to get exposure to these travellers is through an improved digital strategy that will give your hotel visibility…The stakes are too high not to address digital marketing related issues that you may have overlooked at the beginning of this year."
