Ashling Hotel Parent Company Records Increase In Pre-Tax Profits

Pre-tax profits at Foxfield Inns Ltd rose 28% to €6.08 million in 2017 while its revenues increased by 5% from €20 million to €21 million.

The company that operates Dublin's Ashling Hotel approved dividends of €559,000 in 2017, following a dividend payout of €750,000 in 2016.

Meanwhile, directors' pay decreased from €951,104 to €897,775 and the number of people employed by the company remained static at 178, with staff costs totalling €7.23 million.

Cash Pile And Accumulated Profits

Additionally, the company's cash pile increased from €6.28 million to €8.3 million in 2017 and its accumulated profits amounted to €49.18 million at the end of December 2017.

The firm's profit for 2017 takes account of non-cash depreciation costs of €527,669.
