Barry's Hotel Of Dublin Hits The Market

Barry's Hotel of Dublin's Great Denmark Street has hit the market via estate agency JLL with a guide price of €8 million.

The 33-bedroom property comes with planning permission for the construction of a 32-bedroom extension to its rear.

"A Rare Find"

The Irish Times quotes JLL hotel agent Jack Fox as saying, "Barry's Hotel includes a pair of prominent four storey over basement townhouses, boasting 22 metres frontage to Great Denmark Street, a large ground floor bar and ballroom, all situated upon a large 0.27 acre city centre site.

"The existing profitable business, along with the potential to double the current guest room stock, is a rare find and it is therefore expected to attract significant buyer interest."
