The Carnegie Court Hotel in Swords has retained the services of Savills with the hope of finding a buyer for the 3-star hotel.
The real estate agents, according to the Irish Independent, describe the hotel as being a modern 36 bedroom property close to Dublin airport and are looking to sell the property for €4.75 million, adding that potential buyers will get full grant of planning to convert existing hotel areas into a further 35 bedrooms.
Savills head of hotels Tom Barrett commented: "The hotel is trading profitably and with recent planning permission it presents a very attractive opportunity".
