Co. Cork's Castlemartyr Resort Records Loss Of €178,283

New accounts filed by Castlemartyr Top Hotel (Holdings) Ltd have revealed that Co. Cork's Castlemartyr Resort experienced a loss of €178,283 during the year that ended on March 31, 2019.

The loss followed a €274,185 deficit during the year that ended on March 31, 2018, as reported by The Irish Times.

Additional Statistics

Meanwhile, the resort's revenues rose 9% to €12.03 million during the twelve month period that ended on March 31 of last year; the number of people employed by the resort declined from 296 to 238; staff costs increased from €4.6 million to €4.84 million; the resort's cash decreased from €783,676 to €339,941; and it had an accumulated loss of €2.14 million at the end of March of 2019.
