Co. Limerick's Castle Oaks House Hotel Hits The Market

Co. Limerick's Castle Oaks House Hotel has hit the market with a guide price of €2.5 million to €2.75 million.

Located close to the Shannon in the village of Castleconnell, the four-star hotel features 20 bedrooms in its main Georgian building with an additional 22 two-bedroom units occupying a garden extension, as reported by The Irish Times.

An Attractive Investment

The sale of the hotel is being handled by John Hughes of CBRE and it is expected to attract a lot of attention from investors and buyers within the hotel industry.

Castle Oaks House is also a popular location for weddings, with 70 weddings being expected to be hosted at the hotel in 2018 alone. Its Stradbally suite includes a parquet dance floor and view of the garden, and can accommodate up to 280 guests.
