Dalata Hotel Group has announced several changes to its board committees, which will come into effect on January 1, 2021.
Elizabeth McMeikan And Margaret Sweeney
Elizabeth McMeikan will join Dalata's nomination committee, replacing Margaret Sweeney, who will become senior independent director, succeeding Alf Smiddy, who has fulfilled this role for six years since Dalata's 2014 listing.
Smiddy's Continued Responsibilites
Smiddy will continue as non-executive director with the responsibility for board engagement with the workforce. He will also continue as a member of both the audit and risk committee and the nomination committee.
