Dame Street Hotel Hits The Market For €10.7m

The Dublin Citi Hotel of Dame Street in the capital has hit the market for a guiding price of €10.7 million.

Comprised of 27 bedrooms and a bar, the hotel encompasses two buildings that front onto Dame Street beside the former Central Bank and will benefit from a new 25 year lease with an annual rental rate of €660,000, as reported by newstalk.com.

The venue is being offered as an investment by estate agency Savills.
