A property at numbers 64-66 Gardiner Street Lower in Dublin that has planning permission for a 72-bed hotel is being sold via NMC Properties for €7 million.
According to its listing on property.ie, the property has hit the market with full planning permission for the development of a 72-bed hotel with an ancillary public restaurant and associated ancillary uses.
The property's listing on property.ie also states that, at present, it consists of 32 rental units, and that, under the hotel planning permission, it can be developed into a property with a gross floor area of approximately 2,747 square metres, approximately 1,071 square metres of which would be within the existing property, and approximately 1,676 square metres of which would be new build.
