The property's listing on property.ie also states that, at present, it consists of 32 rental units, and that, under the hotel planning permission, it can be developed into a property with a gross floor area of approximately 2,747 square metres, approximately 1,071 square metres of which would be within the existing property, and approximately 1,676 square metres of which would be new build.
