Dublin's Bram Stoker Hotel Sold For Above Guide Price

After being put on the market in March with a guide price of €950,000, the Bram Stoker Hotel in Clontarf, Dublin 3, has reportedly been bought by a private investor for just under €1.5m.

The hotel, formerly known as the Clontarf Court Hotel, features 25 bedrooms with bar and restaurant facilities.

According the the Irish Independent, the hotel is currently let on a four-year, nine-month lease from June 2012, and produces a passing rent of €90,000 per annum.

CBRE's John Hughes on the instructions of receiver David Van Dessel of Deloitte sold the property and said it had "generated significant interest from investors and hoteliers wishing to acquire a prominently located hotel with substantial annual rental income".
