The Conrad hotel of Earlsfort Terracе in Dublin 2 has appointed Kevin Brennan as its of new director of operations.
Over the past decade, Kevin has served in many capacities in the hotel sector, including at Hilton London Wembley where he was director of operations, DoubleTree Burlington Road as food & beverage manager/director of operations and Whites of Wexford where he held the position of food & beverage manager.
Brennan’s role at the Conrad is to augment the overall guest experience and service offering and he hopes to enhance the current conference & banqueting offerings from the Ballroom to the private dining areas and the Coburg and Lemuel’s.
