Dublin's Hendrick 'Street Art Hotel' Hits The Market

The 146-bedroom Hendrick hotel of Smithfield in Dublin is being offered for sale with a guide price between €45 million and €50 million.

It is understood by The Irish Times that the Dublin Loft Company, which owns the hotel and is led by siblings Mark, Andrew and Kelly Cosgrave of the Cosgrave developer family, has enlisted Eastdil Secured to seek a purchaser for the property.

Possible Additional Acquisition Option

It is also understood that the purchaser of The Hendrick might be presented with the option to also acquire a 163-bedroom hotel that the Dublin Loft Company is currently developing on the site of The Big Tree on the capital's Dorset Street.

"Ireland's First Street Art Hotel"

Described as "Ireland's first street art hotel" when it was launched, The Hendrick opened on May 27 of this year and features 259 works of art.
