Emerald Investment Partners Seeking Operators For Copper Face Jacks

It is being reported that Emerald Investment Partners (EIP) has been talking with potential operators for its planned acquisition of Copper Face Jacks.

As reported by The Sunday Business Post, while EIP would not confirm any sale, but several well-known operators in Dublin have been approached about the deal.

Potential Operators

The report suggested that Colin Dolan, who is the owner of Cassidy's in Dublin city centre, and Frank Gleeson's Townhouse Leisure group have been contacted regarding the €40 million property.

Pat McDonagh, the Supermac's businessman who also owns a number of hotels, is also reportedly interested in the deal.

In its latest filing, the Jackson Court Hotel and Copper Face Jacks reported profits of €3.9 million.
