A former hotel in the Co. Wicklow town of Arklow has hit the market with a guiding price of €495,000 from DNG Somers Properties.

According to The Sunday Business Post, the property has 12 en suite bedrooms, a function room, a lounge/bar, kitchen, dining room, and a reception and lobby area as well as a large car park and a swimming pool and gardens.

The single storey, 1,031 square foot premises is located on a private 2.35 acre site with private access to Clogga Strand and also features a three-bedroom bungalow on site.
