Gresham Hotel Adjacent Property Drops Asking Price By €3m

The asking price for a college adjoining Dublin's Gresham Hotel has been dropped from upwards of €15 million to just over €12 million by the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Encompassing two buildings on Cathal Brugha Street and Marlborough Street, the properties are linked at the ground and first floors through a six-storey building, the remaining floors of which fall under the jurisdiction of the Gresham Hotel, as reported by The Irish Times.

The college is being put on the market by DIT and Grangegorman Development Agency in two lots that feature 10,761 square metres of floor space between them.
