A hotel opportunity at 71 South Mall in Cork city has hit the market via estate agency JLL with a guide price of €4.5 million.

Full Planning Permission

According to The Irish Times, the property, which was designed by Scott Tallon Walker Architects, consists of a former banking hall and comes with full planning permission for a conversion into a 58-bedroom boutique hotel that would be comprised of the existing bank along with a new-build bedroom block to the rear and side.

The planning permission also allows for the development of a large, double-height restaurant, a bar, a café and a hotel reception area fronting South Mall.
