Irish aparthotel operator Staycity has announced the refurbishment of its Gare de l’Est property, in Paris.

According to a statement announcing the news, all 50 of the Gare de l’Est aparthotel’s apartments and guest areas have received a state-of-the-art contemporary revamp.

Statement: Director Of Brand, Product And Marketing

The director of brand, product and marketing, Jason Delany, stated, “With its enviable location in central Paris, our Gare de l’Est property has always been popular with our guests, but as the company expands across Europe, it’s important that all our aparthotels comply with our stringent brand standards and offer guests the same reliable quality, wherever they stay with us.”

The Gare de l’Est property is one of two currently operated by Staycity in Paris. The second is in Marne-la-Vallée, near Disneyland Paris, and a third Parisian property is scheduled to open later in 2022, in La Défense, with a fourth property, near Roissy Airport, due to open next year.

Staycity stated that it will operate 5,000 apartments in Europe across its Staycity Aparthotels and Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity brands by the end of this spring.
