Johnny Ronan Receives Permission To Develop 22-Storey Tower With Hotel In Dublin

The Sunday Independent has revealed that developer Johnny Ronan has received permission from An Bord Pleanála to proceed with the construction of his proposed 22-storey tower on Dublin's Tara Street.

When completed, the 88-metre tall building will be capable of accommodating a 106-bedroom hotel, which is planned to take up four of the building's 22 storeys.

The building will also be capable of accommodating a top-floor restaurant and will feature extensive office space.

Four Attempts

Ronan received permission to proceed with the tower's construction following four separate attempts to secure permission for its development.

Construction is set to start immediately.
