Marlin Gets Green Light For Bar And Restaurant Development In Dublin

British hotel operator the Marlin Group has been given the green light by Dublin City Council to develop a bar and restaurant, as well as 20 serviced apartments, on Aungier Street of Dublin.

Annex

The development will form an annex to the 300-bedroom Marlin Hotel that's scheduled to open on Bow Lane on July 19.

The new €55 million, 110,000 square foot hotel was designed by architects Cantrell Crowley and is being built by construction company McAleer & Rushe.
