Neville Hotel Group Said To Be In Talks To Acquire Druids Glen Resort

The Irish Independent has revealed that the owners of Co. Wicklow's Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort are in talks with the Neville Hotel Group about the venue's potential sale.

"Advanced Stage"

Sources familiar with the matter told the paper that discussions are at an "advanced stage", but that an agreement has not yet been reached.

The Druids Glen resort hit the market with a guide price of €45 million last August. The resort's sale is being handled by estate agency Savills, a spokesperson for which declined to comment when asked by The Irish Independent about the negotiations with the Neville Hotel Group.

The Neville Hotel Group currently owns the Kilkenny River Court Hotel, the Tower Hotel of Waterford City and the Royal Marine Hotel of Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
